How it works
Weekend Classes are designed for people who work or are busy Sunday to Thursday. All teaching happens across the weekend (Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday) in intensive sessions of 6 to 8 hours per day. Each level runs over three semesters across one year, so you complete a level a year while keeping your working week completely free. With scholarship, the fee is AED 24,000 per year, down from the standard AED 52,000.
Your journey to a full degree
Level 3: Foundation
1 yearBuilds the academic base for higher study, broadly equivalent to A-Levels.
Level 4: HNC (degree year 1 equivalent)
1 yearThe first stage of higher education in your chosen field.
Level 5: HND (degree year 2 equivalent)
1 yearCompletes your diploma; from here you can top up to a full degree.
Final degree (Level 6): Top up
1 yearTop up to a full bachelor's degree in roughly six months
Fees & scholarships
- Fees are shown per level, after scholarship; you only pay for the levels you actually study.
- If your previous qualifications let you enter at Level 4 or Level 5, you skip the earlier level(s) and your total comes down accordingly.
- Your exact fees depend on your level of entry, confirmed when we assess your application.
- The standard fee is AED 52,000 per year before scholarship; the scholarship is assessed on application.

If approved, enrol and begin
Rana already completed an IT diploma at another university two years ago. She applies for Fast-Track, submits her transcript as proof of prior study, and is assessed within two working days. She completes Levels 3 to 5 in about eighteen months of intensive study, then a six-month top-up at a partner university, graduating with a full degree in under two years.

We typically admit students for the current term, based on program availability and the month of your application. Even if you register late (such as in the summer), we can provide you with comprehensive learning opportunities to ensure that you don't miss anything important.
In short, it's the price and the experience. The educational outcome and quality remain the same. If you wish to study abroad in a foreign country and you don’t mind the expenses, we recommend you complete your first year at IBTE, and we will then help you secure a conditional offer from one of the most reputable universities in the UK to carry on your studies there.

IBTE does not mandate any entrance examinations. Your primary focus should be to satisfy our admission criteria, and then we can allocate an appropriate seat for you at IBTE. However, please be aware that there is an English proficiency entrance exam for students who do not meet the required criteria for English language proficiency.
