Scholarships that stack and bring fees right down
At IBTE, every price you see is a scholarship price. The IBTE Scholarship reduces your standard fee, and additional scholarships (family, group or distinction) stack on top. Pay in advance and you unlock your lowest possible fee.
IBTE Scholarship
Applied to every offer. This is the scholarship that takes your standard fee down to your headline scholarship price (e.g. AED 48,000 → 24,000).
Distinction Scholarship
For students with strong academic results, typically a high distinction or an 85%+ average. Stacks on top of the IBTE Scholarship.
Family Scholarship
For families with a sibling already enrolled, or returning IBTE families. Stacks on top of the IBTE Scholarship.
Group Scholarship
For students who enrol together as a group or cohort. Stacks on top of the IBTE Scholarship.
Advance Payment Scholarship
Pay your year's fees in advance to unlock the final reduction; this is what takes you to your lowest fee (e.g. down to AED 16,000).
Need-based Bursary
Extra support for students who demonstrate genuine financial need, assessed case by case alongside your application.

Clear on what's refundable
Refunds are considered on written application, in line with IBTE's tuition fee policy and subject to written approval. Here's the summary.
- Cancellation must be made in writing to Student Affairs (Block 4, Office 102, Dubai Academic City) or by email, and acknowledged by IBTE.
- Termination only takes effect once you receive written confirmation from IBTE; your notice alone isn't enough.
- If you cancel after the programme begins, fees already paid aren't refunded, and tuition for the current year and any levels you registered for remains payable.
- Accepting an offer remotely may waive certain later cancellation rights; ask admissions if this applies to you.

We typically admit students for the current term, based on program availability and the month of your application. Even if you register late (such as in the summer), we can provide you with comprehensive learning opportunities to ensure that you don't miss anything important.
In short, it's the price and the experience. The educational outcome and quality remain the same. If you wish to study abroad in a foreign country and you don’t mind the expenses, we recommend you complete your first year at IBTE, and we will then help you secure a conditional offer from one of the most reputable universities in the UK to carry on your studies there.

IBTE does not mandate any entrance examinations. Your primary focus should be to satisfy our admission criteria, and then we can allocate an appropriate seat for you at IBTE. However, please be aware that there is an English proficiency entrance exam for students who do not meet the required criteria for English language proficiency.
