The world's largest tech and startup event, with 6,500+ exhibitors. A fixture for our computing and business students.
OctoberDubai Fitness Challenge
30 minutes a day for 30 days, citywide and free, including Dubai Ride on Sheikh Zayed Road and Dubai Run.
NovemberDubai Shopping Festival
Five weeks of citywide festivities, fireworks, drone shows and discounts, running since 1996.
Dec – JanNAS Sports Tournament
Dubai's famous Ramadan tournament at Nad Al Sheba: futsal, padel, 3×3 basketball, runs and more, with open registration.
RamadanFuture Hack @ DIAC
Our district's four-day inter-university hackathon. IBTE students can form teams and pitch to industry partners.

The RTA nol Student Package halves your Metro, tram and bus fares and doubles as an ISIC card with discounts of up to 70% at local and international brands.
Student airfares
Emirates offers students aged 16–31 up to 10% off fares plus extra baggage allowance, which is handy for trips home between terms.
